Effective date: October 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Ohana Digital Marketing ("Ohana," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website (the "Site"), contact us, or request a strategy call. We are a family-owned digital marketing agency based in Indialantic, Florida. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form on the Site, call, text, or email us, we may collect:
- Your first and last name
- Email address and phone number
- Company or project name and website address
- Your industry, project stage, and the services you are interested in
- Anything you choose to share about your goals or project
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site and our hosting provider automatically record basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring website, and the date and time of your visit. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
Information from clients. If you become a client, we may receive access to business accounts and data needed to do the work, such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Bing Webmaster Tools, and your website. We use that access only to deliver the services you hired us for.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, health information, or payment card numbers through the Site.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry and schedule your free strategy call
- Prepare proposals and deliver the services you request
- Communicate with you by email, phone, or text about your project
- Send occasional updates or marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site
- Understand how visitors use the Site so we can make it more useful
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We share information only in these limited situations:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email and form delivery, analytics, scheduling, and customer relationship management providers. They may only use your information to perform services for us.
- Legal reasons, if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ohana, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers, if Ohana is involved in a merger, sale, or transfer of assets, in which case your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- With your consent, for any other purpose you approve.
4. Cookies, Analytics, and Third-Party Services
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep it working properly and to understand how it is used. These may include:
- Essential cookies set by WordPress and our hosting provider to run and secure the Site
- Analytics tools we may use, such as Google Analytics, which use cookies to measure traffic and engagement. Google's use of this data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
- Google Fonts, which loads typefaces from Google's servers and may share your IP address with Google
- Embedded content such as videos or maps, which may set their own cookies under the provider's privacy policy
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the Site work. Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no common standard for these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.
5. Text Messages (SMS)
If you text us or give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your inquiry or project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.
6. Email Communications
If we send you marketing emails, each one will include an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at any time to opt out. We may still send you non-marketing messages related to an active project or inquiry.
7. How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to respond to inquiries, serve clients, keep business records, and meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
8. How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) connections and access controls on the accounts we manage. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Choices and Rights
You may ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate
